Ecopod - Brighton


Fifteen years ago, Hazel Selena created a coffin made from recycled newspapers: the Ecopod.
At the workshop in Brighton Peter & Gar Rock make the Ecopod by hand

Sustainability Centre
Nestling under a canopy of broadleaf trees and a yew grove, the South Downs Natural Burial Site lies in a peaceful and secluded corner of the Sustainability Centre. 

Al Blake is the manager of this woodland burial site, where the graves are dug by hand by Henry, who lives on the site.

Green Endings - Londres

Jeremy Smith, manages two funeral companies in London, a traditional one and a green one. He is very interested in the new technologies that today's funeral world is developing.

Westmill Woodland Burial Ground


Liz Rothschild, performer, runs a natural burial ground together with her partner Adam Twine. The land is part of an organic mixed farm on the Oxfordshire/Wiltshire border.
Liz also proposes her help to organise the funeral and can act as celebrant.
